1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use and Conditions of Service (collectively, the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “user”), and JobTask UK LTD, trading as JobTask, CANDSLimited, and Cups and Spoons (collectively, “JobTask,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, social media channels, advertisements, TV broadcasts, and any other media forms, channels, or platforms related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Services”).

Our Services provide an online marketplace and software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for booking professional services and purchasing products. JobTask primarily offers on-demand services including removals, deliveries, cleaning, furniture assembly, and bulky item delivery. CANDSLimited, a subsidiary of JobTask UK LTD, operates as a homeware company specializing in the sale of cups, spoons, and related kitchenware products (collectively, the “Marketplace Offerings”).

To ensure a secure environment, all users must accept and comply with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refunds and Disputes Policy, and any supplemental terms posted or provided at the time of use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We may post supplemental terms or documents from time to time, which are incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective Date” above, and you waive any right to specific notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

The Services are not intended for distribution or use in jurisdictions where such would violate laws or require registration. Users accessing from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for local compliance. These Terms align with UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA, with phases effective 2025-2026 addressing unfair practices and subscriptions), and the Data Protection Act 2018 (incorporating UK GDPR).

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services, including the website, mobile apps, social media posts, advertisements, TV broadcasts, product listings (e.g., cups and spoons under CANDSLimited), and Marketplace Offerings, are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content (collectively, “Content”)—including but not limited to social media updates, promotional videos, ad creatives, broadcast segments, product images, and AI-generated materials—are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. They are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended), the EU Copyright Directive (retained in UK law), and ongoing developments under the EU AI Act 2024 (effective 2026 phases) regarding AI-generated content.

Content is provided “AS IS” for informational and personal use only. No part of the Services or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or exploited commercially without our express written permission. This includes unauthorized use of our social media posts (e.g., reposting without credit), advertisements (e.g., altering ad copy), TV broadcasts (e.g., clipping segments), or product images (e.g., cups and spoons listings).

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Infringements: We strictly prohibit any infringement of our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, such as plagiarism of our Content, removal of watermarks from images/videos, or derivative works from our ads/broadcasts/product listings, may result in legal action, including takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or UK equivalents. Report suspected infringements to jobtaskuk@gmail.com. We monitor for violations, including AI-assisted scraping, and comply with 2026 AI copyright guidelines.

Trademarks: “JobTask,” “CANDSLimited,” “Cups and Spoons,” and associated logos are our trademarks. Former marks like “MrGIANT” remain protected post-rebranding. Any material, content, pictures, videos or therefore anything belonging to us as a company is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA.) Authorisation, permission and access should be asked for, given to you in writing form. Furthermore, harmful and malicious use to diminish company reputation, trustworthiness – of anyone associated to JobTask UK LTD will be tolerated.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) You have legal capacity and agree to these Terms; (2) You are at least 18 years old; (3) You will not access via automated means (e.g., bots, scripts); (4) Your use will not violate laws; (5) All information provided is accurate and current; and (6) You will not use the Services for illegal purposes, including prohibited Marketplace Offerings (e.g., intoxicants, illegal drugs, pornography).

We may suspend or terminate access for inaccurate information or violations. We make no representations about the safety or legality of Marketplace Offerings; you use at your own risk and agree to hold us harmless.

4. MARKETPLACE OFFERINGS AND SERVICES
We strive to accurately display Marketplace Offerings, including service descriptions (removals, deliveries, cleaning, furniture assembly, bulky items) and products (cups, spoons, and homeware under CANDSLimited), but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. Offerings are subject to change without notice. Certain items/services may be online-exclusive or limited. We reserve rights to limit quantities, discontinue offerings, and correct errors.

Specialized services (e.g., grand piano moves) are not performed in-house; we may hire contractors on your behalf, with costs passed to you. If equipment is lacking, we hire as needed—see our Equipment and Safe Working Practices Statement.

5. PURCHASES, FEES, AND PAYMENT
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Klarna. Provide accurate billing information; we add VAT as required. Prices may change; payments in GBP. We may refuse orders or limit quantities. Authorize charges upon order; correct pricing errors post-payment if needed.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations are allowed via email or portal. Refunds per our Refunds and Disputes Policy: 100% for 14+ days notice; 75% for 8-13 days; 50% for 7 days or less; none for no-shows. Retentions cover costs (labour, logistics, marketing). Nuisance bookings may incur full retention.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Do not use Services for unauthorized purposes. Prohibited: Data scraping; fraud; security interference; disparagement; harassment; automated access; impersonation; virus transmission; unauthorized linking; competitive use; infringement of IP (e.g., copying social posts/ads/broadcasts/product images).
Violations may lead to termination and legal action.

8. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
If we allow contributions (e.g., reviews, social comments), you warrant they do not infringe rights, are not misleading/obscene, and comply with laws. Contributions may be public; we treat per Privacy Policy.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use contributions. You retain ownership but exonerate us from liability.

10. SUBMISSIONS
Submissions become our property; you waive rights and warrant originality.

11. SITE AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT
We may monitor, remove content, report violations, and manage Services to protect rights.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION
Terms remain in effect during use. We may terminate access without notice for violations; you are barred from re-registering.

13. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may modify/interrupt Services without liability.

14. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by UK laws; courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal negotiation for 28 days; then binding arbitration via London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) under UK law. No class actions. Exceptions for IP disputes.

16. CORRECTIONS
We may correct errors without notice.

17. DISCLAIMER
Services “AS IS”; no warranties. No liability for errors, injuries, interruptions. Small valuable items such as jewellery should always be kept safe. “Us” – we always tell customers and clients to disclose and declare to “us” documentation so we can carry out your job with awareness and care to avoid loss and damage. It also enables us to make the Customs and Clearance process smooth without interruption. Identification, verification and authentication is a requirement from the Police and other agencies.

18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Liability limited to £10,000 or amount paid. 

19. INDEMNIFICATION
Indemnify us for breaches, violations.

20. USER DATA
You are responsible for data; we backup but no liability for loss.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to electronic dealings.

22. PARKING AND PENALTIES
Customer responsible for parking/road restrictions during services (e.g., removals/deliveries). You pay penalties incurred; auto-deducted. We may appeal but no guarantee.

23. SOCIAL MEDIA, ADVERTISEMENTS, AND TV BROADCASTS
Interactions on our social media (e.g., X, Facebook) must comply with these Terms and platform rules. Do not infringe our Content in posts/ads/broadcasts (including service promotions or CANDSLimited product showcases). We may use user interactions for promotion. Prohibited: Spam, misinformation, unauthorized reposts.

24. MISCELLANEOUS
Entire agreement; no waiver; severability; no joint venture, right to repair.
